We have the right to change these general terms and conditions. You agree that the latest version of these general terms and conditions will always apply to our agreement.
1 - Products
We sell .
2 - Registration
You must register to order a product. You must provide us with your personal data for this. You must fill in this personal data truthfully and it must be up to date. We protect your personal data well; see also our Privacy Statement on our website. Use a strong password for your account and never give your password to others. You are responsible for any misuse of your account (for example: if someone else places an order with us using your password).
3 - Payments
The (total) price of the products is stated in our webshop. You can pay in our webshop with Bank transfer, iDEAL, Credit Card, PayPal, Translation missing: en.dashboard.orders.bancontact. The shipping costs are at your expense, unless otherwise stated.
4 - Deliveries
We deliver your product to the address you provided when ordering. You can no longer change the address once we have already sent the package. PostNL takes care of the distribution. When the package has been sent, you will receive a track & trace code from us, with which you can track the order. We do our best to send the order within two working days. If the order is delayed, we will inform you of this in writing. We guarantee that you will receive the order no later than 30 days after confirmation of the order. If this is not possible, you can request us to (a) immediately refund the amount you paid for the product, or (b) send a replacement product (of equal value).
5 - Returns
You may always return the product within 14 days of receiving it (the product must still be sealed). You can do this using the returns form or by sending an e-mail to info@louisegebhardt.com. After you have received confirmation from us, you must send the product within 14 days.
Once we have received the product, we will refund the full purchase price within 14 days and pay the costs of returning the goods. The direct costs of returning the goods are at your expense, unless we notify you otherwise.
During the period that you have to consider whether you want to keep the product, you must handle the product and its packaging with care.
You may only unpack and use the product to the extent necessary to determine whether you want to keep the product. The following products are excluded from the right of return:
Products that are made to customer specifications (not prefabricated).
Perishable goods (products with a limited shelf life).
Products that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection and are not sealed.
Newspapers, magazines and periodicals.
6 - Warranty
We provide a warranty. The warranty period is shown per product. Otherwise, the statutory warranty period applies. If the product breaks during normal use and within the warranty period, you are entitled to a replacement product. You must then send the defective product to us in its original packaging. The shipping costs are at your expense.
7 - Liability
We are not liable for damage caused by the use of a product. This does not apply if the damage was caused by our intent, gross negligence or deliberate recklessness. In any case, your right to compensation will be a maximum of the amount of the product ordered and paid for.
8 - Privacy Policy
We protect your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more information, please consult our Privacy Policy.
9 - Intellectual property rights
All intellectual property rights (such as: copyrights, logos, word marks) on our texts, photos, images and other materials are our property (or we manage them with the permission of the rights holder). Your use may not infringe on this.
10 - Complaints procedure
If you have a complaint about the execution of the agreement, we would like to hear from you. Please send your complaint as soon as possible (and describe it as completely as possible) to info@louisegebhardt.com. We will handle your complaint as soon as possible, at the latest within 5 days after we have received your complaint. If it takes longer to resolve the complaint, you will receive confirmation of your complaint within 5 days and we will let you know when we expect a substantive response. If we cannot resolve the complaint between ourselves, a dispute will arise that falls under the dispute resolution procedure.
11 - Dispute resolution
Dutch law applies to these general terms and conditions and the agreements that we conclude with you. In the event of a dispute, the court in Amsterdam has jurisdiction. As a consumer, you can also visit the ODR platform (Online Dispute Resolution).
